Our company offer embroideries for both small and bulk orders. We partnered up with a third party company to make this process happen. We offer this service all over Canada**.

 

How does this work?

1. Pick out your logo, or any design you want.
2. Call us or send us a detailed email explaining the location of the embroidery/ies, size and attach the logo. If you have any other customization, just explain everything to the email. 
3. Digitization of your logo will cost you about $50. In addition to that, the cost of the embroidery will depend on the size and intricacy of your design. An estimate will be sent through email or one of our representative will give you a call. 
4. An approximate time will be given to you as well, this will depend on the number of customization you have made. Our team will be in touch with you throughout the process. 
5. We will give you a call or send you an email once the process has been done. 
6. In-store pick-up and shipping* are available.

** GTA and York Region: Service available before and after order has been placed. Shipped products must be dropped off or sent back to our store in order for us to make the customizations. Shipping costs for sending the item back will not be covered by our company; OTHER PLACES ONTARIO & OTHER PROVINCES: This service is only available before the order has been processed by our shipping department. After that, we might not be able to create customization due to additional shipping costs. However, if clients are willing to send the related item back to the store the service can be possible. You will be responsible for additional costs.
