Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Multiple exchanges on the same orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and these charges are non-refundable.


To start a return, you can contact us at contact@wilmascrubs.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items

  1. Embroidered items.
  2. Clearance items are final sales. There will be no refunds/exchanges made to clearance items.
  3. In some circumstances when products are past their warranty/ repairs are outside the warranty terms a charge may occur.
  4. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Order Cancellation / Modifications

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labelled “In Process". Once an order has been “Sent to our shipping department" it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our shipping department and we are awaiting tracking information.
