Frequently Asked Questions

  • How I track my order? Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Are online promotions valid in-store? Most of our online promotions and sales are only available on our website. However, in some cases we might promote some of our in-store promotions and deals on our online platforms. 
  • Can I pick-up my order in-store? On check-out, choose "In-Store Pick-up" to pick-up your order in our store. Before coming to the store, kindly ensure that your order is "Ready to Pick-Up". Our in-store representative may require you to show proof of this message. Failure of this will not ensure that your order is ready. Our store is open from Monday to Friday, 11AM-6PM and on Sunday from 11 AM to 6PM. Feel free to contact us at contact@wilmascrubs.com for more information and inquires. 
  • How can I change/cancel my order? Cancellations and modifications of orders are only available before your order reach our shipping department. After this, we will not able to make any changes as the order has been processed and we are just waiting for tracking information.
  • What if you do not have the item I have ordered? In some cases that that item you have chosen are not in stock. You will be notified by our team directly. This notification will be either in form of a phone call, text message or email. You will be asked if you want your items to be replaced, or if you chose not to- you will receive store credits. Unfortunately, we do not keep back orders.
  • How can I return/exchange an item? As for our Return Policy, we are not accepting returns or refunds. However, exchanges are accepted. You can ONLY exchange any new, unworn, unaltered or unwashed item within 15 business days of purchase. We strictly require a proof of purchase when exchanging items.
  • What are your shipping details? We process all orders during our operations hours, Monday-Friday from 11 AM-6 PM and on Sunday 11 AM-6 PM (excluding holidays). All shipping rates are automatically calculated at check-out.   • What are your sizing details? You can check each products' sizing charts on their individual pages. All of our measurements are measured in inches. 
  • Is there any discounts for group orders? Our site can fulfill any size orders. For bigger orders, we can offer you bulk discounts. Kindly contact us directly via call or email. 
  • How long it will take to receive my order?  Most orders are filled and ready to ship within 2 business days. Upon shipping, you will typically receive your order within 4 – 7 business days. Deliveries are subject to availability of merchandise. Rush shipping is also available (extra charges will apply). 
  • Do you offer embroidery services? Yes, we do embroideries for both small and bulk orders. For more information, check out Embroidery.
